Camden County Investigation Leads to Multiple Arrests

A major law enforcement operation in Camden County NJ that targeted sex offenders continues to pay dividends for police: another suspect has been arrested in connection with the investigation. The most recent suspect to be placed under arrest as part of the sex crime operation is a 32-year-old Barrington NJ man. According to authorities, the suspect used his cell phone to download and upload images of child pornography. The investigation involved several law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit, and local police departments in Camden County. Once police had enough evidence in this case, they executed a search warrant at the suspect’s Barrington residence and seized the suspect’s cell phone. Although authorities still need to analyze the electronic device, police have already indicated that the device “showed a history of child pornography.”
